First floor suite of a newly renovated space on historic Cherokee Street. Kitchenette included on-site (fridge, freezer, sink, dishwasher). Eclectically decorated by professional interior designers, the space is very flexible for it's use, whether that's recording a podcast, shooting a photo shoot, getting ready for a wedding, or a new, fun space for an intimate team meeting.

We have professional cleaners come bi-weekly. In between those cleanings, staff cleans the space as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
