About the Space
This is a cozy and stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a large modern kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a quaint porch and large backyard garden space. The main floor level contains the living room, dining room, kitchen and guest bed while the upstairs boasts a large master bedroom with lots of light and a beautiful extra room and bathroom. Our space contains eclectic and unique mid century furniture as well as a piano, plenty of other instruments and hip, thoughtful artwork. We are two artists and small business owners and have hosted many shoots here for friends projects including everything from music videos to documentaries to commercials for the likes of Fender, Yamaha, and more. The space lends itself very well to shoots given the spacious, private backyard which can host production vans, crafty, equipment storage and a place for crews to relax and get work done.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
