Studio Space with chairs and its own restroom
About the Space
This studio is the perfect location for a group meeting, small party or gathering or private dance, training or activity. The room is 900 square feet of open space with mirrored walls and has its own restroom. The studio is on the ground level with plenty of parking. We can provide up to 40 chairs for use. The studio is located directly behind the QFC Grocery store and Starbucks as well as a Subway and other small restaurants and stores.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean our studio and restroom every day at closing and after events if studio is rented. We also have deep cleaning procedures that are done monthly.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
