Our office doubles functions as a studio and a cozy co-working space, where productivity meets comfort. Our 325 sqft. turnkey studio is ideal for photo and video productions with small crews. Featuring two west-facing windows with optional black-out curtains, seamless backdrops, it's equipped for various shoots. The minimalist furnishings provide a versatile backdrop, complemented by amenities like light stands, backdrop stands, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker. Conveniently located near Pacific Coast Highway and Palos Verdes Boulevard, it offers easy access to the best of the South Bay.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
