Beautiful Chicken coup, swimming pool, and fenced-in garden add to the mysticism of the property Space allows for Tent set up, music, and swimming in the warm months. A covered side porch can seat 20. Located minutes from downtown Birmingham, Michigan offers local restaurants and hotels for your guests to stay and enjoy. The kitchen is available to prep or warm food. Hourly, or daily rates are available based on the purpose of use, and several people.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
