Historic Downtown loft with Brick & Modern Vibes

The Studio is a 700sq/ft space in our city's historic downtown. Our town has restaurants, coffee shops and great public areas for outdoor photography all within walking distance of The Studio. The space features two medium front windows that let in decent natural light in. Because we are west facing, we don’t get direct light so it’s always diffused. We do get that golden hour sun rays for about 30-45 min in the evening. The studio is completely beautifully kept historic brick. The space has a restrooms that we share with the hotel and as me lots of space for changing as well since the booths are shot the size of a changing room at your favorite store! We have a moving wall, a grey sofa, several chairs, a mid century modern table and several props available for you to use. Everything can be moved around to accommodate your shoot! There are different color background papers available in different sizes. We also have magnetic strips on the wall with strong magnets so if you bring your own cloth backdrop, you will be able to set it up without taking up any additional space. Included in your rental is all basic non-electric photography equipment including: (2) 600 watt continuous lights (1) Background Systems (2) rolling C-stands (2) Mobile phone stands (2) 25’ retractable Extension Cord (1) Handheld Steamer Rolling clothing rack Bluetooth Speaker WiFi Available Plenty of electrical outlets through the studio 10’ ceiling with white drop ceiling acoustic panels Please no excessively loud music as we are connected to other businesses and a hotel. No Parties Allowed. No Nudity Allowed. Space has some Natural Light and the two main windows can be blocked. If you want to block out the rest of the windows, you must be able to do so on your own. We have two window A/C units. When podcasting, we use a gate and improve sound in post as well, but we haven't had any issues with poor sound quality. Although we are a store front, you usually don't hear much noise around. Having rugs and a moving wall also helps with dampening sounds and echo, which we don't have much of in the first place.
