The home decor features cool art, nice furnishings, plants, records & record player. The backyard features a pool, a large deck with multiple outdoor sofas, a fire pit, a BBQ, a dining table, lounges, and tons of beautiful plants and trees). The backyard was recently renovated and the landscaping is a notable feature. It feels like an oasis - the yard is surrounded by tall very private walls. BONUS! We have a completely detached studio apartment that we call "The Pool House" with a private entrance. That space features a kitchenette, a vintage-style fridge, a small sofa, a bed, and another bathroom. This space is available for a separate charge if you need more space and the 2nd bath. We have a private driveway in the back with up to 3 parking spots and a basketball hoop. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are easygoing. Street parking is very easy. We are open to hosting productions of all kinds! Just ask. We are in event production ourselves so we understand what a productions involve. The house is very conveniently located, close to Burbank, and only 20 minutes down to Hollywood.
