About the Space
The newly renovated backyard can be used for a numerous amount of different events. A few great ways to use the space are commercials, marketing, photoshoots, promotions, intimate bridal showers, pop ups and small gatherings. There's a beautiful built in sectional area with firepit. We have a concrete bar with a horizontal wood wall which makes a great background and a new patio with lighting and fans. It looks great at night when all the LED lights are illuminated.

All surfaces and furniture is cleaned and wiped down between bookings. Concrete and benches are washed down.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
