About the Space
Built in 1923, this unique building was utilized as a small town corner market and grill until 2017. Honoring the passion and love of classic cars by our late father, Fred Bowden, we decided to repurpose the building to house his collection and share with admirers near and far. Our industrial event space hosts parties of all kinds including work luncheons, chamber events, Father's Day get togethers, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, couples showers, birthday parties, first communion celebrations and much more. With 3240 square feet of space, we offer a 50's mock diner with bifold glass doors opening to a fun outdoor patio, an upper level showcasing upscale classic cars, high top tables with seating. kitchenette, and a beautiful bar for entertaining. The walls showcase a hand painted mural of downtown Monrovia with functional roll up garage doors airbrushed with some of Fred's favorite cars. Our property is located near the local downtown area which hosts many restaurants, shopping boutiques, a movie theater, and grocery market. Our space is across the street from a beautiful community park offering an additional area for kids. *For those of you traveling in from out of town, we offer a 2 bedroom 2 bath loft with an exterior deck upstairs from our event space. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
