2. During Your Stay:
Trash Disposal: We provide trash bins and liners. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins to maintain cleanliness.
Tidying Up: We ask guests to maintain general tidiness during their stay. Additional cleaning supplies are available should you need them.
3. Post-Departure Cleaning:
Thorough Inspection: After check-out, our cleaning team inspects the apartment for any damages or items left behind.
Comprehensive Clean: We perform a comprehensive clean, similar to the pre-arrival process, ensuring the space is spotless and ready for the next guest.
Sanitization: Once again, all high-touch surfaces are sanitized, and linens are replaced with freshly laundered ones.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
