Your package includes a fully furnished grass parklike area, large deck, hammock, lounge and dining tables and chairs, a fire pit station, kitchenette, and 2 photo backdrops. The yard furniture seats up to 30 people; with the option to rent our folding tables and chairs, racks and chaffing dishes, games, decor items, and more in our add-on section. Or, bring in your own. Caterers and event planners are welcome. Reimagine and customize the space for your event/activities’ needs. Health and Safety Measures

The yard is kept up weekly and will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your event. We ask that you leave the space exactly the way you found it. In addition, to our cleaning measures we will provide large garbage cans, bags, and recycle bins for you to clean up. If you are renting foldable tables and chairs, please them on the fence.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
