Spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace. Beachwood hardwood flooring. Cathedral Ceilings with Sky Lights. Gorgeous fully stocked chefs kitchen. Large kitchen island w/ quartz countertops. Three ( 3) sliding glass doors that open up onto our sundrenched deck that overlooks a 20 x 40 inground swimming pool. Heated pool available. Our home is professionally decorated with exquisite attention to detail. Our home offers our guests a retreat with luxurious linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Luxurious shampoos, conditioners and body soaps. Soft Linens, comfortable beds and comfy pillows. 1st Floor- The Master Suite on the 1st floor has 1 King Bed, with an En Suite master bathroom. Pure luxury. Carrera marble w/ both a stand up shower and spa tub. There is a private den/office privacy. Can be a changing room for the crew. Complete master retreat. 2nd Floor- Bedroom # 2 2nd Master Suite. 2 full/queen beds and 1 twin bed. ( sleeps 5-6) Bedroom #3 3 Twin Beds ( sleeps 3) Bedroom #4 1 Full/Queen Bed ( sleeps 1-2) Bathrooms 1-Extra large master suite bathroom - First floor 1- 1/2 bathroom - 1st floor 1- Full Bath -2nd Floor with Tub Basement- No Access given. Washer and Dryer- Located on the lower level in the basement. This door is locked. We do provide a washer and the dryer but 24 hour notice must be given. Beach Information: The 3 beaches listed below have daily parking which is $30 per day Tianna Beach which is on Dune Road (closest to the Quogue Beach) Ponoquogue Beach Hot Dog Beach Entertaining backyard with a large deck . Outdoor Table and Chairs, Chaise Lounge Chairs, a BBQ for Summertime grilling. Seasonally- Yard decorated w/ flowers and fresh herbs. Sone additional notes: No beach passes are given for anything less than two weeks. Less than two weeks you can use the town of South Hampton beaches and there is a daily fee usually $30 a day but I would call in advance or go on their website. Closest town of South Hampton beaches are Tianna Beach Hot Dog Beach Ponoquogue Beach

Our home is professionally cleaned. Our cleaning crew does a wonderful job with cleaning and disinfecting. Although our cleaning crew is there to clean, please be mindful and put all of the garbage, cups, bottles, food etc. that is brought in into garbage bags and place in the outdoor garbage bins provided. Take all un used food with you as well
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
