- Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance and throughout the studio. Please use it upon entering and as needed during your session.
- Special attention is given to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures, which are sanitized multiple times throughout the day.
- Before and after each session, we clean and disinfect all workspaces, including tables, chairs, and any equipment used.
- The studio is well-ventilated to ensure a constant flow of fresh air, helping to reduce the risk of airborne contaminants.
- Trash is removed daily, and bins are disinfected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- We ask all clients to clean up after themselves, dispose of any trash properly, and leave the studio as they found it to help maintain a safe and clean environment for the next user.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
