Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei große Zimmer nach vorn & ein kleineres, schwarz gestrichenes nach hinten. Sie hat nach vorn Süd-West-Ausrichtung, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Ausgestattet mit originalen Designer-Möbeln, Keramik und Accessoires. Da ich selber Filmregisseur bin, und in der Wohnung schon öfter gedreht habe, weiß ich dass sie für Spielfilm, Werbung und Foto ideal geeignet ist. Akustisch ist es sehr ruhig. Möbel & Teppiche können gern verrückt werden,
