Detailed Cleaning Process Products Used: We use hospital-grade disinfectants and eco-friendly cleaning products that are effective against bacteria and viruses, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. Cleaning Schedule: Our venue is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking, with a comprehensive deep clean conducted weekly. Areas Cleaned: We focus on high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and countertops, as well as all communal areas including bathrooms and kitchens.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
