BOOKING & AVAILABILITY We're available 24/7 with flexible scheduling to accommodate your meeting needs. Instant booking is available for daytime slots (before 5pm). Later bookings require host approval to coordinate timing. Message us with your preferred time and we'll confirm availability quickly. THE SPACE Intimate, design-forward café and bar with layered seating areas, a full bar backdrop, and flexible furniture arrangements. The aesthetic blends old-world elegance with modern versatility—a space that photographs beautifully and feels elevated for groups of 20 to 75 guests. CAPACITY - 40 seated for dinners and intimate gatherings - 75 standing for receptions and mixers WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING - Full venue access (space rental only) - Tables, chairs, and existing furniture - Glassware and basic barware for self-service - Climate control and bathroom facilities - One staff member on-site for facility access WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED (Available as Add-Ons) - Food or beverage service - Service staff (bartenders, servers, etc.) - Catering or cocktail program - Setup, breakdown, or event coordination FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY We are a non-alcoholic space and do not serve alcohol. However, BYOB is permitted for all private events—you're welcome to bring your own beverages and handle service yourself. After booking, we can discuss optional add-ons including our premium non-alcoholic cocktail program, coffee service, and artisanal food offerings. IMPORTANT: SETUP & TIMING We are a fully operational café that reopens immediately after your event. Your booked time includes all setup and breakdown—you cannot arrive early or stay past your reserved time. Please plan accordingly and book additional hours if needed for setup/breakdown. WHAT WE'VE HOSTED Birthday parties, baby showers, engagement celebrations, corporate mixers, product launches, anniversary dinners, team offsites, and brand activations. AVAILABILITY Open seven days a week, 12pm–12am. Rates vary by day and time. 3-hour minimum for most bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
