Whether you're producing photoshoots, podcasts, commercials, film sets, or small events, this space adapts to your creative vision. One of the standout features is our Selfie Bathroom, a spacious, photo-ready setup that can double as a set for your production. Key Features: Movable Black Flats – (Four) 4x8 ft panels that can be used as walls, backdrops, or creative set pieces. Flexible Furnishings – Includes a couch, chairs, small tables, and fans for comfort and staging. Controlled Lighting Environment – No windows, allowing for complete lighting control. The space is climate-controlled with a heat pump for AC/heat. Pro Gear Rentals – Cameras, lights, and microphones are available for rent and come pre-set in the space. If rented, they can be adjusted to fit your shoot or event needs. In-House Video Production Team – Need extra hands? Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
