About the Space
A bright and airy daylight studio in Greenpoint Brooklyn right by the water. We have a long communal table, a stand-alone desk with a monitor, a smaller work table with stools, a large couch, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Central heat and AC as well.
This is a workspace so there are two desks in the space but they can be pushed to the wall and covered to maximize working space. There is also a back storage area that will be off-limits for the duration of the rental.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
