The house has three bedrooms (including kids room), an office , and two baths split between two floors. The large open-concept living room / dining room/ kitchen boasts large windows on the west, north, and east end, and is perfect for setting up camera equipment for the perfect shot. We have a large fully fenced-in grass lawn with two fruit trees, with a large seating area in our patio space, as well as a driveway that can accommodate three cars - perfect for loading in/loading out. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
