About the Space
Our ranch-style home has a beautiful backyard and a long driveway. The backyard has artificial grass and is perfect to host pets and children with it's fenced-in yard. You may bring furniture in and place on the turf. Great for corporate events.
2 full bathrooms are provided, access to the kitchen and living rooms.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
There will be no access to the bedrooms and garage. The master bedroom can be discussed for use if a 3rd full bathroom is needed. Please reach out prior to reserving home.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
