Our home was designed and built by renowned architect Kendrick Bangs Kellogg, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. This stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom sprawling ranch home sits atop a hill, with 360 degree views of the surrounding avocado groves and beautiful landscape of Valley Center. The house itself is made of floor to ceiling glass, with custom wood details and rock walls which were painstakingly constructed from rocks sourced from the property. It is truly one of a kind, and must be seen to be fully appreciated. The home sits on 40 acres of land, which has been a family -owned and -operated avocado ranch since 1972. This home is an excellent location for photoshoots, filming, and landscape photography. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
