Welcome to our unique space located in the heart of the Historic Printers Row neighborhood of Chicago, the first residential area south of the Loop. This neighborhood, rich in history, is populated by charming low-rise printing factories converted into condos and co-ops. This is where The Wizard of Oz was printed and where Elliot Ness conducted his stakeout on Al Capone. Enjoy the narrow, quaint streets lined with independent businesses, just four blocks away from the Art Institute, Sears Tower, and Grant Park. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have three medical grade UVC lights installed, upgraded ventilation system that includes Merv-18 filters and outdoor airflow. We use hospital grade vital oxide to disinfect. We have fans to circulate the airflow and a front window that opens completely to the outside.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
