The garden belongs to a beautiful Grade 2 listed thatched cottage located in the picturesque village of Marsh Gibbon in Oxfordshire. The cottage is approximately 500 years old and was originally built as 3 cottages, one of these being the local store and post office. The garden, which is well designed and consequently in bloom for much of the year, lends itself to a special occasion or celebration and could easily accommodate tables and chairs for up to 30 people with or without a marquee. Bathroom facilities are available in the house and the kitchen may be used for the preparation and serving of food. There is also a guest annexe that sleeps 6 people on the property that can be rented out should anyone require accommodation. Please contact the host for further details.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
