Our space is in a revitalized department store separated into loft spaces with 16-foot ceilings. We have large 12-foot windows, original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and white walls. The layout of this one-bedroom space is flat with a wide hallway for easy movement of equipment. Our space is great for small to medium photo/video shoots (less than 10 people total). We will test one hour bookings, by request, at a rate of 1.5x the normal rate. Please be aware that this hour will include all aspects of the shoot (arrival, load in, production, load out) and does not include grace periods before or after.
