Hi there, Welcome to our house on the circus! A light, airy modernised Victorian house in Crystal Palace. With all the traditional features of high ceilings, decorative cornicing & fireplaces in every room. We have modernised the space with a large Mediterranean feeling extension. Bare plaster walls, a vaulted ceiling, marble work tops & two sets of 3m wide doors which flood the space with light (these can also be covered easily for some shoots) the space is neutral and earthy whilst being warm and stylish. The entire house is available to hire, please specify in your booking which rooms you would like to use. There is a front driveway space for one car/van/lorry and unmetered parking all around the road. Kitchen - Spacious kitchen with large island and island sink. - All cabinetry has been designed bespoke by Alno - All worktops are marble - Large form Minoli tiles - There is 8ft wooden table with vintage mid century chairs. - The kitchen space has a 65 inch Samsung Frame TV (the image can be changed if desired) - The ceiling in the kitchen area is vaulted with electric velux windows. 3m sliding doors lead onto two sides of the garden. - The house is set on a circle with every house having a pizza slice meaning we have a garden on all sides of the house. - The kitchen is south facing Front living room - Tall bay windows and 3m high ceilings - Wooden tumbled parquet flooring throughout the downstairs and into the hallway - Bespoke built walnut cabinetry - Large Loaf crumpet sofa in velvet cinnamon & 2 seater traditional chesterfield - This room has shutters and curtains which can be closed to create blackout Upstairs - We have 2 bedrooms on the second floor which can be used as dressing areas and make up areas if needed. - A newly renovated bathroom which has been used in many social content style shoots and beauty shoots. The house is off the main road so is generally quiet and suitable for many types of shoots. We have had TV chefs, branding shoots, kitchenware companies, comedy shows and prime time dramas shot here.
