About the Space

Step into this art-filled home with rich blue and teal colors, hardwood floors throughout, dimmable lights in most rooms, and more plants than you can shake a stick at. This lovingly curated space is ideal for photo shoots, filming, small gatherings, and creative events. The main level features two adjacent, open living rooms, one anchored by a beautiful gas fireplace that adds instant cozy ambiance on camera or in person. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has been renovated and includes a marble island plus an oversized dining table perfect for hosting, meetings, game nights, or collaborative work sessions. There are two bathrooms, one of which features an oversized whirlpool tub. The main bedroom is unusually spacious for a 1915 house and includes a king-sized bed and several seats. The 300 sq ft finished basement has two bedroom areas for a total of four available beds (plus one trundle). There's also two desk areas in the house. You’ll have access to inviting outdoor spaces: a sun-soaked back deck that gets full afternoon light and a covered front porch, both with comfortable seating. Note: Two cats live in the home. Linus (black and white) is very friendly and may say hello. He's allowed outside if he wants. Potato is shy and usually keeps to herself. Parking: Plenty of easy street parking directly in front of the house. Come make yourself at home!

We have a professional cleaning crew that comes regularly and makes everything sparkly. Prior to bookings, I will carefully tidy and thoroughly clean the rooms and make the yard and gardens tidy and mowed. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
