Spacious Attic Apartment in Flatbush

A spacious 3-bedroom attic space. Great for photo shoots, video projects, etc. Access to a bathroom in the attic. Each bedroom has a bed, dresser, nightstand and closet. Each room also has an AC in the window. Each room has good, natural lighting but would recommend additional lights. I would recommend mics that don’t pick up outside noise since there is a bus route nearby. There is also a Church across the street that has a bell that rings every 30 minutes and for 5 whole minutes at 12 PM and 6 PM.
