What activities work well in your space? Our space is ideal for a variety of events, including large birthday parties, pool parties, sports competitions, weddings, quinceañeras, gender reveals, bachelor and bachelorette parties, bridal showers, small concerts, video shoots, and photoshoots. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The layout includes a large backyard with a spacious grass area, a pool situated in the corner, and a covered pergola for shaded seating. The backyard features: A seating area with a table and chairs for 6 people under the pergola. A propane firepit with an outdoor couch for cozy gatherings. Two lounge chairs and two umbrellas by the pool for relaxation. A seating area within the pool area, which also includes two lounge chairs. A table tennis table for added entertainment. A large cemented area that can easily be used as a dance floor. (Note: A full court basketball area with high-end in-ground hoops is currently being built and will be completed in September.) A large gazebo to be set up for a large eating area (chairs and tables not provided). A metal bench in the grassy area to view the side yard where there are additional mountain views. We offer a portable restroom for an additional fee for your convenience, but you're welcome to arrange one on your own if you prefer. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Mountain Views: Enjoy stunning views of the Angeles National Forest, including additional views from the side yard. Privacy: Neighbors are a good distance away, offering a lot of privacy. Basketball court and Pickleball court: Perfect for sports enthusiasts, providing ample space for both basketball and pickleball games. Grill: Perfect for outdoor cooking and BBQs. Outdoor Furniture: Comfortable backyard furniture including a table and chairs that seat six, lounge chairs, and an outdoor couch. Pergola: Provides a shaded area for relaxation and dining. Pool and Jacuzzi: Located in the corner of the backyard with additional seating, two lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Options for a heated pool and a heated jacuzzi are available for an extra charge. Firepit: Propane firepit for evening gatherings. Large Grass Area: Ideal for setting up jumping houses, stages, and other activities. Nature Vibes: Beautiful surroundings with mountain views and a tranquil environment. Table Tennis: For extra entertainment during events. Cemented Area: Can be used as a dance floor or for other activities. Large Gazebo: Can be set up for a spacious eating area. Outdoor Propane Heater: Available for use (propane not included).
