An open event space in the heart of Pioneer Square. Steps away from Lumen field. Has been used for music, poetry listening and dance recitals. Also renter for private photo shoots and filmed interview settings. Hosted club and parties (birthdays, graduations, etc) with an intimate decorative setting. High ceilings, brick walls and natural wood beams decorated with modern chandeliers. Unique wall with vintage electronics, homegoods and artwork cover the main wall with another wall lined with tall windows. Some tables and chairs can be included in the rental if requested.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
