Jax airport is 20 minutes to the North and UNF is 10 minutes to the South. You are surrounded by nonstop restaurants and eateries in addition to stores and little shops for almost anything you could think of. The space was designed with technology in mind. All lights, including lamps, can be controlled by the smart light switches on the wall and most of the lights can change colors via the same switch. Access to the space is via keyless entry for your convenience, and there is both private and street parking available.
