Riddell Studio + Co is a 350 square foot studio space. This second floor space features concrete floors, off white walls, white baseboard trim, exposed off white ceilings and 5 electrical outlets. There is no natural light. Riddell Studio + Co features a seating area with furniture, artwork and decor, as well as an open area for equipment set up (photo provided of an example of equipment set up). There is also a makeup/hair station with 2 desks, makeup mirror, and 2 stools. 2 hour minimums. 8+ hour discounts! When booking please ensure you are booking to allow time for your arrival, set up, session, cleanup, take down and departure. You will be charged additional fees if you arrive before your start time, and leave after your end time. When you arrive, the light stands along with their cables and light modifiers will be in the back right hand corner of the studio. The backdrop stand will also be set up along the back wall with the white backdrop. There is photo equipment available for use within the space as there is no natural light: -4 AlienBee Strobe Lights (1600, 800 x 2, 400) -1 large softbox, 1 beauty dish, 2 strip softboxes and 2 reflectors -4 light stands -2 pocket wizard remotes available for use (hanging on the back wall in small bag, necessary when operating the strobe lights) -1 extension cable -white, grey, black (only a small amount left), bone, mocha, pink, purple, dark green and blue coloured paper backdrops -backdrop stand (2 extra extension poles in black bag back right corner of the studio) -laptop table and stand -step stool -ring light (separate from alien bee strobe lights in makeup/hair corner) (please ensure all equipment is turned off, unplugged and put back before you leave) Please note that this space is NOT SOUNDPROOFED. Noises that you may hear: -construction sounds as this is a new building with new tenants -our business neighbour is a taekwondo studio -finishing touches on renovations -ambient traffic/weather noise Outdoor shoes MUST be taken off and placed onto the mat. No food, drinks or pets on the furniture. Bathrooms are located outside of the studio to the left at the end of the hallway (mens, women's and handicap), and can be used as change rooms if needed. The space is not sound proofed. There is a bluetooth speaker available for your use (No Bounds XL). Please play it at a respectable volume as there are other businesses that operate in this building. Provided inside the silver chest under the wooden bench you will also find the following: -yellow dust clothes -clorox wipes -windex -paper towels -garbage bags -extra AA batteries if needed for Pocket Wizards -scissors -masks -lint roller refills We do not have a garbage take away system set up in this building. Please take all garbage and recycling with you when you leave and ensure the garbage can is empty with a new bag. When leaving the studio, please ensure the door is LOCKED (from the inside), place the key(s) back into the lockbox , and randomize the combination dial. Move equipment and furniture around as needed for your set up, but pease ensure that the studio is set up the same way you found it (decor, furniture, equipment and hair/makeup area) and is just as clean as how you found it as well. There may be someone booked to use the studio right after you, and we want them to have a clean and organized experience as well! Please refer to the images provided on our profile when putting equipment away and tidying up.
