About the Space
The space is conveniently located right off Highway 64 in New Richmond, making it a great location no matter where your guests are coming from whether it is the Twin Cities or Western Wisconsin. This versatile 1,200 sq ft open concept small event space includes seating for up to 48 people. With a mix of comfortable couches, high top cocktail tables, and traditional tables and chairs there is seating for everyone. Additionally, there is a large kitchenette with over 16 ft of counter space that is perfect for product display or setting up a buffet. You’re welcome to bring your own food or cater in. The opportunities are endless for what you can do with this space. From bridal showers and baby showers to local clubs, business meetings or retirement parties and everything in between. Guests are responsible for cleaning the space at the end of your reservation. The space is cleaned additionally at the end of each day of reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
