This space is a working atelier, creating bespoke event wear during the week and hosting creatives on the weekends. The atelier is perfect for editorial photoshoots and films, boudoir, bridal, creative concepts, and aesthetic content creation. The main room has high ceilings and plentiful natural light from 12-foot windows facing north and west. During the week, this room accommodates wedding dress fittings, so you are surrounded by jewelry and femme furnishings. The room features a large mirror from a former dance studio and wooden floors and trim, giving the space an Old World feel. In addition to the main room, there is a private dressing room with along lush curtains and multiple mirrors. There is also a spacious bathroom, and mini fridge. -=Logistics=- Also available are a variety of antique and vintage decor/props: candelabra, goblets, dress forms-- we can discuss when you book. to reach the atelier, you have to go up a few steps outside of the building and down a stem inside of the building. The building has a parking lot and the neighborhood has plentiful street parking. We are accessible via buses and light rail which is a 2 minute walk from the space. -=Past Bookings=- We've hosted parties and intimate cocktail hours before in our space. Bridal parties, Bridal dressing, bridal and baby showers would also be a perfect fit for the space. -=The Neighborhood=- The Clipper Mill neighborhood in Baltimore is a hip, historic, walkable community with a variety of restaurants and shopping. The atelier is within walking distance of Artifact Coffee, La Cuchara and Woodberry Kitchen.
