About the Space
Our venue in DUMBO is the perfect black box space for your next show, rehearsal or event! Our space can comfortably seat up to 40 guests, and the space can be divided so you have a separate lobby to receive your guests. Our well-appointed dressing room area is available for your use. Our space is licensed for wine and beer service and a bartender/house manager is included with all bookings.

Our space follows local and federal guidelines with regard to cleaning and steps of service.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
