The rooftop of this lakehouse is so romantic that the owner decided to propose to his now wife there! Airbnb guests enjoy this space every week to celebrate birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, and to get some much needed R&R while still being close to the city. Located right on the Rocky Mountain Lake, you're never far from a nature walk or outdoorsy activity like fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or playing tennis! A short drive or bike ride will get you to the trendy Berkeley and Lowell neighborhoods or the heart of Downtown Denver. The lakehouse is 4 stories, and has all the comforts of home plus a wellness room with sauna, row machine, and other fitness equipment. Up on the rooftop, a luxurious 4-person hot tub, fire pit, grill and circular couch awaits. There is plenty of parking at the Rocky Mountain Lake Park (just don't park overnight!) and on both 47th Ave. and Grove St. along with a small 1 car garage connected to the unit itself. Additional charges may apply for groups larger than 6 guests. Please do not move furniture, affix anything to walls, etc. without advance written permission from the hosts. Please respect our quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
