History of the space This modern home has been stylized and updated to reflect a lived in and yet cozy escape from the heart of Toronto’s busy lifestyle. Escape to what at times can feel like a cottage, to a modern loft in the heart of the city, all from this west end home. Neighborhood details The neighbourhood resides just next to an industrial complex perfect for load in truck parking and for some great, unique restaurants, breweries and cafes. Logistics The layout of the townhouse is a walk in main floor with the first floor above being the offices and bathroom followed by the top floor being the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. The layout of your space gives the basement its own staircase from the main floor giving you another washroom and basement/storage space before opening up to the two car garage space. All spaces will be available for the booking however, additional insurance is suggested when requesting use of the main office. Special rates associated with booking the space for longer periods of time. The 12 hour package will reduce the hourly rate significantly.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
