We are offering the outdoor property plus the guest home and guest area. The main house can be rented and well upon request. We offer a bounty of available parking on-site as well as free street parking. If needed, a shuttle, or valet service can be arranged. We also offer tables and chairs if needed. Special rates associated with booking the space include discounts for but are not limited to the following / Veterans, nonprofits, and over 8-hour bookings. We have filmed movies here, done weddings and `I am sure we can handle your event as well.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
