About the Space
5th floor loft with giant windows, concrete floors and a large open space. There is a kitchen and bathroom with a shower. This studio can be rented for private events, dinners, classes, trainings, photoshoots, and small gatherings. Ideal for classes such as yoga training, dance workshops. There are only a couple small tables and 10 chairs, so if more than participants need a table and chairs, they'll have to be brought in. There is a loveseat and a rattan sofa. Part of this studio is in use as an appointment only Antique Persian rug shop. Persian rugs are available for rent or purchase.

Treat this like an Airbnb, please cleanup after your booking! Take all trash with you. I do a deep clean of the space periodically, but it should be tidy and picked up. There’s a vacuum and broom in the closet.
