The modern new home is decorated in off white and beige and has comfortable indoor seating for 4-10 people. There is available seating outdoors overlooking the lake for up to 10 people. Although guests are not allowed in the lake, they can use the propane fire pit, play yard games, and serve food outdoors under a four person table with an umbrella.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
