The room is acoustically treated and features isolation filter technology to capture pristine sound quality (ideal for vocals and instrument tracking without bleed). The space is designed to inspire creativity with comfortable, stylish decor and a welcoming vibe. 💵 Rate: $50/hr for recording. Please inquire about mixing and/or production separately if you need that for your project as well. 📆 Availability: Open 7 days a week. Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Space is cleaned and disinfected daily. The space is well ventilated with air filters, and the floor is vacuumed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
