Located in Durham, our conference room offers the ideal space for meetings, work sessions, study groups, and presentations. Equipped with everything you need to make your time here productive. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 8 - Large Work Table - Smart TV (guests can connect via airplay) - Wi-Fi - Printer (there is an additional charge to print on the printer) Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.), and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all setup and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see the rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their food/ drinks. Alcohol is not permitted in the space. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
