About Escape Studios

ESCAPE is a private 140-acre compound at 4,200 feet in the high desert above Pioneertown, California, next to Joshua Tree. It's built for leadership groups who want the whole place to themselves: board offsites, founder forums, YPO-style chapter retreats and team resets. Meet in the main house or outdoors, eat together, and use the desert to think. No other guests, no audience. The compound: main house, cottage, Airstreams, two residential recording studios (Studio One and Studio Two), The Goat bar, and a wellness building with an endless pool, cold plunge, steam room and sauna. Sleeps up to 20 on site. Past clients range from RÜFÜS DU SOL and RAYE in the studios to Dior Sauvage (the Johnny Depp campaign), Usher, Kiehl's, Diageo and Vogue on location. About an hour from the Coachella festival grounds, 50 miles from Palm Springs International Airport and about two and a half hours from Los Angeles. Private buyout only. Health and Safety Measures

Spaces are professionally cleaned. We haven't had any COVID problems to date . If anything, we are the place people came to when the pandemic began as their Escape. Crews, bands etc. are all asked to use common sense and to follow their own protocols before coming out to the ranch. Common Sense is a must in the desert.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
