Features and Amenities: Spacious Area: Approximately 1,500 sq. ft. Seating: Includes 10 rectangular 6' tables and 75 black chairs (additional available for rent). Capacity: Comfortably seats 50-60 people; up to 75 for standing events with cocktail tables. Technology: Bluetooth speakers, WiFi, LED spotlights. Convenience: Cooler and fully managed bar with various packages. Additional Add-Ons: Decor services (book at least one month in advance), rental items (360 camera booth, throne chairs, large numbers, area rugs, outdoor space, etc.), and items for purchase (stereos, ice, plastic tablecloths, cups, plates, dinnerware, etc.). Comprehensive Cleaning: Includes sanitizing and disinfecting the space, kitchen, bathrooms, high-touch areas, sweeping, and mopping. Important Information: Accessibility: While the venue has a small step to the first floor, it is not wheelchair accessible. Facilities: Kitchen with double sink, steam table, food warmer, refrigerator, microwave, and two bathrooms. Outdoor Space: Available for an additional fee, weather permitting. Please note that outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed as we provide a fully stocked bar service. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
