Please note that the venue does not provide drinking water, so we recommend including bottled water with your event supplies. Important Booking Information • Setup and breakdown must be included within your reserved booking time. • Additional hours may be available depending on venue availability. • Pre approved extensions are billed at the standard hourly rate. • Unauthorized overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate. Our onsite venue manager will only allow entry for the number of guests included in your reservation, so please ensure your final guest count is accurate before your event. Event Insurance Requirement For events serving alcohol, event and liquor liability insurance is required. We provide a convenient Event Helper purchase link with the venue information pre filled. Policies can be completed online within minutes. Decorations & Venue Policies Decorations are welcome with the following guidelines: • Only paint safe tape may be used on walls. • Nails, screws, glue, confetti, glitter, and permanent adhesives are not permitted. Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from decorations or event materials. All decorations must be removed before the end of the reservation. Alcohol Policy Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. For everyone's safety: • A licensed bartender must serve all alcoholic beverages. • Self service alcohol is not permitted. • Shots are not permitted. • Alcoholic beverages may not leave the venue. Music Play music through our dedicated venue iPad, which is connected to our premium Sonos sound system. Direct connection to the Sonos system is not available. Music volume must remain within building guidelines. Smoking Smoking, vaping, hookah, and cannabis use are prohibited anywhere inside the building.
