Brand new pool and spa with outdoor hot shower creates the feel of a spa retreat. EVENT INFORMATION: Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a guest size of 15 and a minimum of 4 hours/day. Please inquire for rates for larger events. We are quick to respond! We host birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, family reunions and small weddings. We have many wonderful vendors to recommend for catering and flowers. EXTERIOR SPACES: Brand new pool and spa. Large outdoor patio for events with teak table (seats 10) and stone fire pit (seats 15). Teak deck with chaise lounges and umbrella. Additional side teak deck. Outdoor bocce ball court, hot/cold shower, BBQ, pizza oven, ping-pong table. Space also available for catering/craft services in front circular driveway, kitchen side patio and/or backyard. INTERIOR SPACES: Open plan indoor gourmet kitchen, living room, den/music room, 2 bedrooms/changing rooms for hair/makeup and wardrobe, 1 full bath, 1 half bath available for use. PARKING: There is abundant, unrestricted street parking 24 hours a day. PARKING: There is abundant, unrestricted street parking 24 hours a day. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
