Large, open floor plan production space, ideal for photo and video shoots. — Clean, modern interior design, full of vintage and designer furniture, plants, and other furnishings available for use as set pieces. — Concrete floors, Chicago brick walls, white walls. — Good natural light coming in from windows on the East, South, and West walls. — 10'x10' private dressing room, full length mirror, and a private bathroom. — Kitchenette, without sink. — Large work table, small conference table, work benches, and desks on casters that can be relocated and utilized. — Sonos sound system. — Projector and 65" 4K TV available for use. — Extension cords and power strips available for use. — Printer available by request. — Backdrops stands, sandbags available for additional fee. — Other Audio/Video equipment and services available and negotiable. The back of the unit is utilized as a shared work space when not rented out, that area will be off limits.
