Food and Alcohol consumption is allowed for an added fee $300. *TIME 1. Please ensure to book adequate time for setup and breakdown within your booking hours. Extensions are possible based on space availability. Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate. 2. Please round off bookings to full hour durations only, we do not accept 30 mins, 1hr 30 mins etc. *CHAIRS We have Foldable Black chairs (10 Nos) for add-on. *ATTENDANT Our attendant will be onsite at all times, we do not host rentals that require the attendant to leave.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
