About the Space
The living room space is available for bookings. This space is great for hosting small events, book club meetings, work space or game nights. There’s been a few podcasts filmed here, trailers and short films via social media. Some unique features that I have in my place is that the color scheme is Fifty Shades of brown. This is accompanied by several different greenery plants.

The apartment is cleaned after every guest. We ask that you the guest also clean up after yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
