The house has a large lush backyard with established trees and landscaping. We have several areas to work with including a paved patio, an outdoor lounge space with a fire pit, and a big open grass space surrounded by trees and bushes that overhang. The bright light-filled kitchen is lit with an oversized skylight with open shelving and light grey countertops. The bathroom is also lit with an oversized skylight with clean modern neutral colored tile. The dining area has a table for 8 surrounded by white walls like the rest of the house.

Home is professionally cleaned before guests arrive and we ask that you please leave the house as you found it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
