About the Space
The inside of the house is neat and tidy. The house is long and leads you to a completely open kitchen area door that leads to a large backyard. There is also an ADU that some productions have used for talent and make-up. The backyard has is landscaped nicely and there is also a hot tub and a tree-house.

We get the residence cleaned after every booking and then the day of the booking home is wiped down once more.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
